Online Store

All payments can be made via bank transfer or card payments. Once payment is made please allow 2-3 business days for processing. If you are placing an order via bank transfer please enlist your customer order number on the payment reference. If not we will not know where to send the order to and this will delay processing time as well as delivery time. 

Once your order has been processed, we then can ship the order to the address entered at the checkout which takes 10-12 business days.

Returns and exchanges can be made on all orders which are unopened and unused. For hygiene reasons we can not expect returns and exchanges if the hair has be used or the sealed item has been opened. 

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of when you have received the order. Please email or contact us beforehand so we can arrange a full refund of item or an exchanged item. All returns and exchanges are to be sent back via recorded, tracked or special delivery and must be paid for by yourself. As we are not responsible for lost return items. All return items must be sent to our home-base salon address (Manchester M14). Full address is visible on your invoice.

Re tipping & Re taping service

​We are not responsible for the quality of the hair extensions. We only provide the re tipping or re taping services.

Approximately half an inch of the hair extensions will be cut off, in order for us to re tip the hair extensions.

​Hair posted to us MUST be sent by recorded or special delivery, so it can be traceable. We are not responsible if the hair gets lost upon route to our address.

Hair posted out by us will be done so, via a traceable delivery provider. With a flat rate fee of £8.

Please specify which size tips/tapes as well as colour mixes you require before sending us the hair extensions.

Payments are to be made via our online store. All payments must be made in full before you post or drop off the hair extensions.

Invoices will be issued to you upon completion via email.

Please allow up to 3-7 days from when we receive the hair, for service completion. Once we receive and complete the hair service, we will notify you.

We use Italian Keratin for our services.

Re tipping and re taping is done so by hand by us.

Terms and conditions for hair services

In order to secure all booked appointments. We kindly ask all clients to pay a non refundable booking fee of 50% of your total service. This is to be paid fully before the service commences.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the fitting.
​Please bear in mind that if payment is not made in time, we will have to offer the slot to another client who has secured it.

We understand circumstances may arise and making the non refundable booking fee may not go as swiftly as it should. However to avoid disappointment, please do so as soon as possible.

A consultation is compulsory for all clients who require hair extensions.

We are GDPR compliant.

We have a cancellation list, as slots do tend to fill up quickly. If a slot you require is booked and secured, you can request to go onto our cancellation list. If the slot becomes available we will contact you, then you will be able to book and secure it by paying the non refundable booking fee.

We highly do not recommend you remove your hair extensions/braids by yourself as this can potentially damage your hair.

If we produce any work on your hair and you choose another hairstylist to work on it. We are not responsible for any problems occurred.

It is insisted that you use the correct aftercare for your hair extensions/braids. Not doing so can cause irreparable damage to your hair extensions and your natural hair. We will always offer you correct aftercare advice.

For hair extensions a *free Balmain aftercare kit/ Capelli Remi aftercare kit is provided in our hair extension packages.

Aftercare products are sold by us, which you can pre-order.

Our *FREE Balmain aftercare kit, Capelli Remi after care kit & loyalty scheme reward is subject to availability.

Our loyalty reward scheme is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. We can withdraw or alter the scheme without notice under our discretion.

​Please show us your NUS card, Student I.D, Disability badge, or any other relevent form of I.D at the beginning of the service. So we can apply your discount at the checkout.

We do not issue refunds. If after the fitting/service is completed and you require any further work done. We will class this as either a maintenance, tidy up or a refitting/rebraiding appointment and you will be charged accordingly.

Tidy up appointment entails of checking the positioning of the hair extensions and to restyle your hair.

Maintenance appointment involves checking the positioning of the hair extensions, repositioning them in certain areas and topping up with new hair if needed.

Refit is a full removal of the hair extensions and refitting it with the same hair extensions.

During and apon completion of all services, we take photographs for our records and marketing purposes. If you do not want the photos to be used on our marketing platforms, please inform us before the service is checked out.
